    The equation:

    p x + q = 46 x + 23

    p x - 46 x = 23 - q

    x (p - 46) = 23 - q

    x = (23 - q) / (p - 46)

    This equation has infinitely many solutions for:

    23 - q = 0 and p - 46 = 0

    or: q = 23 and p = 46

    Answer : A) p = 46 & q = 23
