An object that weighs 10 lb on earth would weigh only 4lb on mars. If you weigh 95 lb on earth, how much would you weigh on mars

    You need to find the unit rate.

    10/4 will be 95/x so 4 divided by 10 equals 0.4

    then you multiply 0.4 by 95 which equals 38

    so you will weigh 38 pounds on mars since:

    10/4=1/0.4 1/0.4=95/38
