    Surface area of cylinder = 2πrh+2πr²

    Volume of cylinder = 2πr²*h

    So:

    75 = 2πr²*3

    12.5 = πr²

    r = 1.99 (471140201)

    A = 2 π*1.99*3+2π*1.99²

    = 62.39 (265842) ft²
