    Ideal Gas Law: PV=nRT

    R is the universal gas constant of 8.31.

    T is temperature in Kelvins. (add 273 to the Celsius temperature (273 + 97 = 370).

    Fill in the letters with the given information:

    P (45.0) = (2.40) (8.31) (370)

    Simplify the right side:

    P (45.0) = 7379.28

    Divide both sides by 45.0

    P = 7379.28 / 45.0

    P = 163.984

    Round to 164

    Answer is D.
