Christopher claims that 4 is not a rational number because it is not written as a ratio of integers is he correct explain why or why not

    First hello there

    Any number that can be written as a fraction with integers is called a rational number. For example, 1 7 and - 3 4 are rational numbers.

    So saying 4 is a rational number because it can be expressed as the quotient of two integers : 4 : 1
