    Step-by-step explanation:

    1. 14 daffodils and 10 tulips : $62

    2. 12 daffodils and 10 tulips: $56

    3. 15 daffodils and 8 tulips : $61

    4. 19 daffodils and 3 tulips: $63

The answer would be 12 daffodils and 10 tulips becuase after you multiply all the daffodils by $3 (because they are $3 each) and all the tulips by $2 because they are $2 each you'll get the answers above. Then you'll chose the answer that is less than $60 which is number 2.
