    Suppose the smallest angle is x

    the largest is 5x-3

    the remaining angle is 2x-1

    the three angles make a sum of 180: x+5x-3+2x-1=180

    8x-4=180

    8x=184

    x=23

    the smallest angle is 23 degree.
