    1st term = a

    2nd term = a+1

    3rd term = a+2

    4th term = a+3

    5th term = a+4

    a + (a+1) + (a+2) + (a+3) + (a+4) = 505

    5a+10=505

    5a=505-10

    5a=495

    a=99

    3rd term = a+2

    =99+2

    = 101
