    Growth, r (t) = 12e^ (0.17t)

    After 6 hours,

    r (6) = 12e^ (0.17*6) = 33.28 thousand cells

    Total cells after 6 hours = 10+33.28 = 43.28 thousand cells.

    Note:

Kindly confirm if the rate of growth is as give or is r (t) = 10e^ (0.17t)
