First, you have to do what I call the backwards C. What you do is take your denominator, multiply it by the whole number, and then add the numerator onto that value. When you do this, you have 10/3:36/5. To divide fractions, you "Keep Change Flip." Keep 10/3, Change division to multiplication, and flip 36/5 to its reciprocal 5/36. Now you have 10/3*5/36. Multiply straight across to get 50/108. Reduce.
3 1/3 : 7 1/5 = 25/54
