The numbers 1,2,3,4, and 5 are written on slips of paper and placed in a sack. 50 slips of paper are selected from the sack. Each time a slip of paper is selected it is replaced before the next one is selected. On 12 of 50 slips of paper the number five appeared. The theoretical probability of selecting the slip of paper that has the number five on it is?
