What is the derivative of 2sinx and 2cos2x?

We are asked to find the derivative of the functions 2 sinx and 2 cos 2x. Using the differentiation rules of the trigonometric functions, the derivative of 2 sinx is 2 cosx while the derivative of 2 cos2x is - 4 sin2x. The second one is multiplied further by the derivative of the angle inside the cos function
