    False, The F (x) = Logb X is not a set of all real numbers since the domain can be other numbers

    Hint: try a negative value of x, then try a positive value of x. Do you know if b is positive of negative? Also, I'm reading this as "log (b*x) ", not "x*log (b) ". The answer would be different in the 2nd case.
