Numerical coefficients are the constants in an alegebraic expression which are usually a number. Literal coefficients are the variables or the letter part of the algebraic expressions which can substitute to other values. Hence in the expression 3x+2y, 3 and 2 are the numerical coefficients, while x+y are the literal coefficients.
