    Diameter of the cone = 18.6 inches

    radius = 9.3 inches

    diameter of the cylinder = 22.5 inches

    radius = 11.25 inches

    Volume of cone = 1/3 (pi*r^2*h)

    = 1/3 (3.14*86.49*11.8)

    = 1068.2

    Volume of cylinder = pi*r^2*h

    = 3.14*126.6*12.07

    = 4798.1

    Total volume = 1068.2 + 4798.1

    = 5866.1 inches cube
