Determine conditions on the scalars so that the set of vectors is linearly dependent

    If a set of vectors is linearly dependent, then that means at least one vector can be expressed as a linear combination of the rest.

    If the set of vectors is linearly independent, then multiplying the set by a scalar can't make them dependent.
