second integer: x + 1

third integer: x + 2

3[ (x) + (x + 2) ] = 4 (x + 1) + 30

3 (2x + 2) = 4 (x + 1) + 30

6x + 6 = 4x + 4 + 30

6x + 6 = 4x + 34

2x + 6 = 34

2x = 28

x = 14
