    So to cover the container is the surface area

    to find the surface area, find the area of the 2 bases and the area around or

    2 (area of base) + (circumfernence times height)

    so assuming 6=height

    area of base=pi times r^2

    circumference=2 times pi times r

    area of base=aprox 3.14 times 2^2

    3.14 times 4

    12.56

    times 2

    25.12

    circumference=2 times pi times r

    2 times 3.14 times 2

    4 times 4.13

    12.56

    times height (6)

    75.35

    so ad them together

    25.12+75.35=100.49 cubic inches

    the answer is 100.49 in^3
