    M = Monthly Allowance.

    N = 5/7 of M (Monthly Allowance)

    5/7 of 5/7 of M = 9.60

    5/7 * 5/7 * M = 9.60

    Rearrange the formula to find M

    M = 9.60 / (5/7) / (5/7) = 18.816

    Monthly Allowance = $18.816
