    G (x) = (x + 1) / (x - 2) and h (x) = 4 - x

    (g * h) (x) = (x + 1) (4 - x) / (x - 2)

    (g * h) (-3) = (-3 + 1) (4 - (-3)) / (-3 - 2) = (-2) (4 + 3) / (-5) = (-2) (7) / (-5) = - 14/-5 = 2.8
