A bag contains 3 red marbles, 4 black marbles, and 5 yellow marbles. what are the chances of picking a marble that is not black

    Well the whole amount is 12. Red and yellow combined is 8. So 8/12, which simplified is 2/3. The percent for this is 66. (6) %.
