Think about the temperature outside today. Did you think of the temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit? What is the temperature converted?

    The relation between temperature in Celsius and Fahrenheit is

    (F - 32) / 9 = C / 5

    Today its 12 degrees C in the UK so we have:-

    (F - 32) / 9 = 12/5 = 2.4

    F - 32 = 9*2.4 = 21.6

    F = 21.6 + 32 = 53.6 = 54 degrees F to nearest degree.
