Gail works for Ice Cream To-Go. She needs to fill the new chocolate dip cones completely with vanilla ice cream, so that it is level with the top of the cone. Gail knows that the radius of the inside of the cone top is 22 millimeters and the height of the inside of the cone is 120 millimeters. Using 3.14 for, how much vanilla ice cream will one chocolate dip cone hold when filled to be level with the top of the cone?

    In other words, they want you to find the volume of the cone.

    Volume of a cone=1/3 (pi * radius^2 * h)

    Volume=1/3 [3.14 * (22) ^2 * 120]

    Volume=1/3 (3.14*484*120)

    Volume=1/3 (182371. 2)

    Volume = 182371.2/3

    Volume=60790.4

    The volume of the cone is 60790.4mm^3

    But that is not the final answer. Since liquid is measured in litres, You need to convert it to millilitres. So the answer is that one chocolate dip cone can hold a maximum of 60.9704 milliliters
