Answer: 735 with a remainder of 3
Step-by-step explanation: Forgive me if my math confuses you but you can do but i'm not sure if you know the algorithm way but if you do you can do it that way 3678 divided by 5 to give you 735.6 you going to need 35 and subtract that from your 3678 to give you 17-15 from there 28-25 to give you that three it's much easier to show you because I know this is confusing me typing it but your answer is 735 with a remainder of 3 if you wanted to do it in a Decimal form it would be 735.6
