    X=1/a^2 and 1/b^2

    so the equations are 16 (1/a^2) ^2+7 (1/a) ^2+4=0 and 16 (1/b^2) ^2+7 (1/b^2) + 4=0

    then 16/a^4+7/a^2+4=0 and 16/b^4+7/b^2+4=0

    Hope this loves.
