Find how many times 10 seconds is in 2 minutes and 45 seconds (16 times) and then multiply that my 6 (96) Then find what half of 6 is to compensate for the leftover 5 seconds (Half of 10 - so therefore the remaining amount of cars will be half of 6) to get 99 cars.
