A circle with radius of 5 feet would have a circumference of

    (2*5*PI) = 31.4159265359

This would mean the 7 foot arc would be (7 / 31.4159265359) or 0.2228169203 of the circle.

    0.2228169203 * 360 = 80.2140913183 degrees

    80.2140913183 degrees = 1.4 radians

    and 7/5 = 1.4

Therefore the answer is the second one 7 / 5
