During the breakstroke competitions of a recent Olympics, Nelson Diebel swam 100 meters in 62 seconds, and Mike Bowerman swan 200 meters in 130 seconds. Who swam at a faster rate?

    Mike Bowerman. Nelson Diebel swam the slowest because if you add 62 2 times it is only 124 seconds, but if you add 130 + 130 that equals 260 seconds so that means Mike Bowerman is the fastest.
