4 (4x+3) + 6 (2-x) - 3 (2x-1) = 19
4*4x=16x
4*3=12
6*2=12 and 6*x=6x
-3*2x=-6 and - 3*-1=-3. then collect
like term. is long just cant type it but that is your answer
