Area of circle: A=pi*r². This area coresponds to 360degrees, or 2*pi radians.

    2*pi ... pi*r²

    t radians ... x

    where t=2.75rads

    Area of t: x=pi*r²*t/2/pi=r²*t/2

    Area of t: 3²*2.75/2=9*2.75/2=12.375

Answer: the area of 2.75 radians is 12.375
