Ameena will need a total of 7 packages of paper. (Not every sheet will be used, but having just 6 packages won't give here enough paper to use). Here's why:

If she needs 74 copies of the newsletter, and each newsletter contains 8 pages, then she will need a total of 592 pieces of paper (74*8=592). 7 packages will give her 630 pieces of paper to use (90*7=630). 6 packages would only give her 540 pieces of paper (90*6=540), so she needs 7 total packages of paper.
