A 747 airplane weighs about 600,000 pounds. It can also be expressed as approximately 3*10n tons. If there are 2,000 pounds in 1 ton, which is the most reasonable value of n?

    From the given conversion factor in the problem above,

    (600,000 pounds) x (1 ton / 2,000 tons) = 300 tons

    Also given that this 300 tons is equal to 3*10n ton such that,
