    6/6 - 1/6 = 5/6

    5/6 - 2/5

    = (25 - 12) / 30

    = 13/30

    he spent 2/5*25=10

    So he has spent 5+10=15

    15/30=1/2

    so he has 1/2 or $15 dollars left.
