    N = # of chips = 100

    M = # of defective chips = 8

    S = sample size = 10

    a) P (X ≥ 1) = 1 - [ ((N-M) ! / (N-M-S) !) / (N! / (N-S) !) ] ≈ 0.583

    b) P (X = 10) = 0 (because S > M)

    c) P (X = 9) = 0 (because 9 > M)

    d) P (X = 0) = 1 - P (X ≥ 1) ≈ 0.417
