The ratio of pizza place per person is less than 0.01

    north side of town:

15 blocks; 225 people per block; existing 36 pizza places

    15 x 225 = 3,375

    36/3375 = 0.0107

    south side of town:

22 blocks; 275 people per block; existing 37 pizza places

    22 x 275 = 6,050

    37/6,050 = 0.006

The pretty pizza company should open in the south side of town because the ratio of pizza place per person is 0.006, less than 0.01
