    x=2

    x=3

    Step-by-step explanation:

    This seems like factorisation

    X^2-5x+6

    To factorise, you will look for two numbers that when multiplied together it will give 6 and when added it will give - 5

    Back to the question, the two numbers that can be used to multiple 6 and when added it will gives - 5 is - 3*-2

    x^2-3x-2x+6

    x (x-3) - 2 (x-3)

    (x-3) (x-2)

    Which can be solved further,

    (x-3) = 0

    Add 3 to both sides

    x=3

    (x-2) = 0

    Add 2 to both sides

    x=2
