Total time taken by the 4 relay runners all together = 3.86 minutes

    = (3 * 60) + 86 seconds

    = 180 + 86 seconds

    = 266 seconds

As all 4 runners of the relay time take the same time to cover their individual laps, so

Time taken by each runner = 266/4 seconds

    = 66.50 seconds

So the total time taken by each runner of the relay team is 66.50 seconds. I hope this is the answer you were looking for.
