Explain how you would write 35% as the sum of two benchmark percents or as a multiple of a percent

    I don't know about a multiple of a percent, but 35% breaks up into, for example, 25% and 10%, so you would just add both 25% and 10%

    as a sum it would be a lot of things like 15% and 20% and as a multiple it could be 70% times 50% because that gets you 35%
