The dimensions are 14.4 units and 6 units

    Step-by-step explanation:

∵ The scale factor is 120%

    ∴ The new length = 12 * 120/100 = 14.4 units

    ∴ The new width = 5 * 120/100 = 6 units

    ∵ The scale factor = 120% = 120/100 = 1.2

∵ The scale factor is greater than 1

∴ The new pen is an enlargement

Note: If the scale factor less than 1, it will be reduction
