When you find 100% of a number, how does your answer relate to the original number?

    The numbers are equal (choice A)

    This is because 100% of something is that entire thing, not changed at all. It is not added to, or subtracted from. Example: 100% of 78 is 78. If you had 78 people in a room, and selected 100% of them, then you selected all 78 people.
