Emma is doing a science project. She is measuring the time it takes a snail to move 5 kilometres. It takes the snail one hour to move 1 20 of a kilometre. If the snail moves at the same pace, how long will it take the snail to move 5 kilometres?

    if the snail moves 0.12km in 1hr

    the snail will move 5km in Xhrs

    0.12 * X = 5 * 1

    0.12X = 5

    X = 5/0.12 = 41.67hrs
