Lets begging by grouping 'y' terms on the left side of inequality sign, to do this, subtract 3y to both sides:
2x+5y-3y>3y-3y+10
2x+2y>10
Now lets subtract 2x to both sides of inequality.
2x-2x+2y>10-2x
2y>10-2x
Now isolate variable x by dividing the inequaiity by 2.
y>5-x
That is the solution
