    1 gallon is equal to 4 quarts.

    So you can either get 2 quarts for $3, or 4 quarts for 3$

    1 gallon is the better deal.

    1 gallon is bigger because 4 quartz make a gallon and if yku get 2 quartz you will get half a gallon
