Find the median of the following data.

67%, 52%, 73%, 80%, 50%, 94%, 75%, 86%

    67 52 73 80 50 94 75 86

    mean 67+52+73+80+50+94+75+86=577/8=72.125

    median=50 52 67 73 75 80 86 90 = 74 the median

    The median would be 74% because when you order the percents from least to greatest, you will have this order: 50%, 52%,67%,73%, 75%, 80%,86%,94%.

    In order to find the median you need to find the middle number which is 73% and 75% so you add them and then divide by 2. Which would give you 74%. And that would be your median
