You would do
(3c^2+6c) (3c^2-6c)
since 3c^2 squared becomes 9c^4
and 6c times negative 6c becomes - 36c^2
I just checked over and it would become
3c^2+6c[3c (c-2) ]

You take out the biggest factor of 9 and 36 which is 9c^2. The factors both have the c variable in common so you take the least exponent and put it with the gcf.
9c^2 (c^2+4)
