Find the x-intercept and y-intercept of the line.

5x+y=5

    Subtract 5x from both sides to isolate y

    y=-5x+5

    To find x intercept make y=0

    0=-5x+5

    5x=5

    x=1

    To find y intercept make x=0

    y=-5 (0) + 5

    y=5
