    they give you 8x + 4y + 6 <70

they say he buys 4 salads and x is salads

    so now you have 8 (4) + 4y + 6<70=

    32 + 4y + 6 <70

    38 + 4y<70

    4y<32

    32/4 = 8 y = 8 Drinks maximum

    double check

    Drinks: 8 x 4 = 32

    Salads: 4 x 8 = 32

    32 + 32+6 = 70
