    Let's take this one piece at a time

    5 less means subtract 5

    it is 5 less than product which means multiply 3x

    and 4 tells us to use () and no more means <=67

    all together we get

    (3x) (4) - 5<=67

    we can simplify by multiplying

    12x-5<=67 or 12x<=72 and x< = 6

    graph this by drawing a line at x=6 and shade the area to le left or the values of x that are less than 6
