Mr jones jogs the same route each day. the amount of time the jogs is inversely proportional to his jogging rate.

    If the relation is inversely proportiona means that

    Running time = K / Jogging rate

    Where K is a constant.

    The you can write: Running time * Jogging rate = K

    So multiply running time * jogging rate for each pair of data in the options; the option for which the products have the same value are the right answer.
