    The answer is 10.6 cubic inches.

    The formula for a volume of the cone is V = 1/3 π r² h,

    where:

    V - the volume of the cone,

    r - radius of the cone base,

    h - height of the cone.

    It is given:

    h = 4.5 in

    r = 1.5 in.

    π = 3.14

    If:

    V = 1/3 π r² h,

    Then:

    V = 1/3 * 3.14 * (1.5 in) ² * 4.5 in

    V = 1/3 * 3.14 * 2.25 * 4.5 in³

    V = 10.6 in³

    Therefore, Judy's sugar cone can hold 10.6 in³.
